The FDA-approved product is being supplied to TruPharma pursuant to an agreement with Rubicon Research Limited. Significantly, Rubicon holds the only FDA approval for a 2.5 mg strength Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablet product, and TruPharma will be the sole source supplier to the market for this item.
